Weekly Weigh-In #3

This week, I am down 2.6 lbs, for a total of 7.8 lbs lost. Not bad, though my body fat increased by 0.1%, and my lean muscle mass decreased 1.3%. I'm not going to get too terribly excited about it at this point, because my understanding is that most scales that measure percentage of body fat from electrical induction aren't exactly the most accurate.

Here are my stats for the week:
Weight       249.2 lbs
Body Fat 49.7 %
Body H20 35.5 %
Bone Mass 7.9 lbs
Muscle Mass 47.6 lbs
Only 17.9 lbs to lose until I've lost a total of 10% of my original body weight.
