Sometimes there are flashes of revelation where you catch a glimpse of yourself and something seems different but it doesn't happen often enough! Keep going. A combination of e...Just keep making good choices! A combination of exercise and healthy eating really is the best way. You will get there, I know it! My husband lost about 80 pounds in the time I lost 10. He doesn't exercise AT ALL because of his arthritic hip while I'm busting my hiney 5 days a week. So not fair.
