It never will be alot (unless you eat it all in plain, raw veggies, in which case, yeah, it'll probably be a lot).

I can't do 1200 calories. I just feel famished all the fricken time.

And I wouldn't do UNDER 1200 cals, cause I don't wanna risk screwing up my metabolism any more than it already is.

I tend to agree with Mattie that you need to slowly up your calories. I say slowly cause you may actually have a messed up metabolism from crash dieting (hey, happens). Like move up slowly from 1200 to 1300 to 1400 and then stop somewhere around 1500 or 1600 and see how you do. You may be able to lose. Or not. (Some folks have damage mets, and can't lose at normal calorie counts for dieters, sadly. sucks. But this happens a lot with those who've done VLCD, and I see their frustration online all the time.)

The PPrincess Dieter aka Mirhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01121450857817115011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4735290305583110351.post-79668738064699584622008-07-21T13:55:00.000-07:002008-07-21T13:55:00.000-07:00I'm certainly NOT an expert in any stretch of the ...I'm certainly NOT an expert in any stretch of the imagination, but I think you are not eating enough calories on a daily basis.

I'm fairly certain that if you look at any dietary program you will discover that you should be eating somewhere between 1700 and 2000 calories a day. That's for men only.

Women, of course, aren't that lucky. That caloric range is between 1200 and 1500. Men tend to lose weight easier and faster than women.

I might be wrong and that may have changed, but not anywhere I could find.

Just an FYI.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4735290305583110351.post-70425500405089933082008-07-21T09:18:00.000-07:002008-07-21T09:18:00.000-07:00I hear ya.
